Some tests were run here in Australia on baby shampoos and other adult shampoos for safety. The results were that baby shampoo was unsafe for babies. The very least of the problems was it will blind the baby. To answer your question, Never use any form of human shampoo on a puppy or an adult dog. Always use a vet approved shampoo. If you look at the ingredients of basic dog shampoo, and basic human shampoo, there is no difference. Skin problems come about when you don't rinse well enough, or don't dry well enough. I have used human shampoo, body wash, and even Dawn dishwashing liquid on all of my pets: 3 ferrets, 2 dogs, and a cat, and have never had a problem.
You can occasionally, but as with any shampoo, you must rinse well. I wouldn't recommend it on a regular basis. I do use baby shampoo occasionally when my dogs get diarrhea and there back end is messy.
You can in a pinch but it is not something I would recommend using over and over again. Please make sure you rinse the pup off very well to get all the shampoo of his skin
It's pretty light so yes you can but once you get a dog shampoo, don't use anymore human shampoo after that.
I have a friend who is a dog groomer and she always used dawn dishsoap then dog shamopoo.
Just this once and dilute it.

It麓s better with delicate clothes soap if you don麓t have dog shampoo.
