there is nothing you can do externally to make your hair/nails grow. but you can make them healthier as they grow in the follicle with vitamins and minerals. by the time the hair leaves the follicle, its dead, so there's no way to affect its growth then.Does baby shampoo realy make your hair grow?

no not that i ve heard of bu-it try mane in tail they say it helps grow your hair and it's for hoarse to and then i told you about the hair oil wild growth
Baby shampoos, like all other shampoos, only do the job of cleaning the scalp and hair. Hair grows from the hair follicles which are situated deep within the skin. Shampoos do not enter the hair follicles and stimulate hair growth. Therefore baby shampoos have no role in making hair grow.
