You have to be kidding me. Babies don't have acne because they can not produce oil on there face yet. By the way acne has more to do with stress, and puberty.
J%26amp;J isn't stong enough to clear up acne. Try the advantage acne control kit. It is around $15 at Walmart, Target, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens.
It can be used to clean the face. I would use some Oxy pads and some asprin mashed in water. The salycilic acid in asprin will heal the acne.
