baby shampoos are milder than normal adult ones. they don't strip the hair as much as the adult shampoos.





so yes if you are think about switching go ahead. but you have to switch to milder conditioners as well and avoid too many styling products. mild conditioners are suave or V05 or go nuts and learn how to make your own conditioners.
i doubt it has harsh chemicals in it because a baby has to use it.you only want to use it for really dry hair.i used it before for my dry hair it does not take all the oil out very well.matter of fact, it don't even look like i washed my hair at all.although i use to wash my mascara off my eyes and wash my baby's hair .its works well for these purposes, you want use a shampoo for your hair type dry,oily and normal
you want to stay away from shampoos with SLS (sles) or ALS in them as they cause hair to thin :: there are lots of other harsh ingredients to watch out for::
